During the spring and summer, you will find Houstonians enjoying picnics, walking around the fountain, or just relaxing and enjoying the soothing sounds of the cascading water. The Waterwall is lite up at night, and many locals have been known to propose to their significant other here, so if you are planning an engagement, this might be the spot for you.
