The best ice cream in Jerusalem, period. I personally think the lemon-mint sorbet has the absolute perfect balance between sweet, sour and mint, but check out all the spice flavors - saffron, basil, cinnamon, are all amazing.

Hands down the best ice cream in Jerusalem, maybe the best ice cream in the world. Although the classic flavors are terrific, Mousseline also offers unusual and sophisticated flavors such as basil vanilla, saffron, or wasabi (better than it sounds). Our recommendation: Belgian chocolate for the kids and black sesame for the grownups.

Mousseline Ice Crea m (850m): Their Ice-cream is so good, that in 2013 there was a political uproar following the publication that prime minister Netanyahu spent over 100,000 NIS from his state budget on Mousseline's ice cream that year. By the way. Mousseline claims that Netanyahu's favorite flavor is Pistachio but his wife prefers French vanilla. (Kosher)
