Istanbul Sapphire which is the highest building in Istanbul has an amazing observation deck. Here, people enjoy to have their food with the amazing city view! It is usually open until 10pm. It is accessible with the metro line M2 (4. Levent metro station). The shopping mall also has diverse brands and a variety of food in its food court.

Istanbul Sapphire, or Sapphire, is a skyscraper located in the central business district of Levent in Istanbul, Turkey which is 5mins walking distance. It was Istanbul's and Turkey's tallest skyscraper between 2010 and 2016, and the 4th tallest building in Europe when its construction was completed in 2010.
