The description ‘Country Park’ doesn’t really do this place justice. Ranged around the lake of Llyn Padarn, there’s everything here from watersports to walking, wildlife to industrial heritage, woodlands to inspiring mountain views

Parc Gwledig Padarn (Padarn Country Park) is 800-acres with some of the most spectacular scenery in North Wales. Enjoy views across Llyn Padarn lake towards Dolbadarn Castle and beyond to Snowdon in all its glory! There are great walks, all around the lake and some smaller ones, all with great scenery. There is also a Slate Museum a diving centre to name a few of activities at the Country Park.
