I have not been there myself but the reviews on trip advisor suggests that the food is good but the service is not consistent.

Overlooking St. George's Harbour, on the north side of the Carenage, BB's Crabback features Grenadian and West Indian dishes prepared with a special flair. Born in Grenada and trained in England, Chef BB (Brian Benjamin) turns out some of the best meals in town. Crabback (local land crab) is a house specialty, of course, but you'll want to try some of his seafood dishes, as well. Prawns in the lobster sauce come to mind. Or try the signature curried goat dish, the breast of chicken marinated in 12 herbs and spices, the pan-fried barracuda in a crab and lobster sauce, or oildown (Grenada's national dish). Dining is alfresco here, and the views of the harbor and out to sea are nothing short of spectacular. It's definitely a premier place to go for lunch or dinner in downtown St. George's. BB's Crabback is located only 8 min. drive from the Mt Parnassus Inn.

This is on the carnage, right on the water, where visitors can watch the water traffic of the port of St. George's. The menu includes a nice selection of local cuisine from curried goat meat to lambie, as well as standard fare. It is a popular and very accessible spot for visitors. It is located at the point of the harbor, at the end of the road that hugs the downtown port area, and has a friendly, helpful staff.
