The component that differentiates bun cha from other dishes is the roasted pork belly and meatball on charcoal, which adds up the flavor with a little bit of sweetness and smokiness to the dish in general. Alongside the savory taste of the broth and meat, the pickled vegetable is served as a side dish to add up citrus flavor. The place can be overcrowded during lunchtime if you want to "eat in peace" you should not eat at the place during that time.

Kebab rice noodles is totally made from the Vietnam traditional ingredients but it is presented in the form of a Western dish: each one has its own sauce, vegetables, spices, and kebab rice noodles.
