I mention the Bistro with caution. This used to be my favorite restaurant in the area. They have been through many chefs and the last time that we attempted to go there, they could not make and did not know what vegetarian food was for my daughters. The staff made a joke of it and it was a very unpleasant experience. Nevertheless, you can eat outside on the balcony with a view of Lake Michigan and a friend recently reported on facebook having a great meal there.

Dine al fresco on the patio overlooking Lake Michigan. Combine that with their award-winning wine list and their menu featuring local flavors, and your meal is guaranteed to be extraordinary.

Beautifully located on the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. During the summer request seating on the patio area to watch the sunset, but be sure to reserve in advance. Really good local with french influence menu. Perfect for a romantic night or special occasion.
