Cervantes is great for fast bites that don't hurt your wallet. They even have fresh beer on tap ("chope") and other drinks.
It is a must if you want to experience the colorful lifestyle of locals.
At night the place tends to get loud, so come early and leave before the dusk.

Incredible selection of cachaças (Sug, Nega Fulô, Velho Bento, Salinas, Seleta, Germana, Magnifica, Boazinha) and don't forget to eat either some bits (bolinha de queijo, bolinha de carne, bolinho de mandioca com queijo, caldinho de feijão incrementado) or a main dish (feijoada).
All is amazing!
