When High West opened in 2006, it became Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870. The brand has since developed a cult-like following for its high-quality whiskeys and the saloon has become a top Park City destination for classic American pub grub. Nearly a decade after its inception, owner David Perkins expanded, yet again, with a brand-new distillery, tasting room and restaurant in Wanship. Pair flights and cocktails with Western-country inspired lunch and Sunday brunch.

Mirror Lake Byway is a high-mountain byway lined with numerous lakes and campgrounds. State Route 150, also known as the Mirror Lake Highway, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Utah. It is named for Mirror Lake, a picturesque lake that the highway passes along the way. It is also a USDA Forest Service Byway.
