A place to wash your clothes. Large drum dryers and such. Some of the local RV-dwellers also use this laundromat though, so plan to stay the duration of your wash. I usually sit outside in my car and work on my laptop or read whilst running a large linens or such load.

How can you say you have visited without walking the pier? :) Seriously though its pleasant and the beach is also pleasant. I have taken friends with children who loved the playground on the sand to the left of the pier. There is a fish taco place at the entrance of the pier that people like, although I prefer walking over the pedestrian bridge from the pier to Spencer Mackenzie's for their fish tacos and poke bowls.

For the intrepid: a lovely hike is found far up the 33, Rose Valley Falls Hike. It may be more lush and green than the more arid, Ojai-local Matilija Canyon, which I also recommend. Link to Yelp review:
