It would literally take a week to go through all of the caves and they are all exceptional. We go back at least once a year for a chance to hear something new or something uncovered. The tour guides are excellent and well trained. As for Jenolan Caves Cafe and the little museum - a little disappointing so best pack your own lunch. Jenolan Caves is a must if you only have two days in the Blue Mountains. New cave tours are added and the latest is for not for the faint hearted as you crawl through some tunnels (Plughole) to see some spectacular caverns

Parks & Nature
From here you can walk down to the bottom of the Falls for some stunning photography of both the valley and the falls. Then walk back to the car via Conservation Hut. Good coffee and if you're hungry the menu is quite good.

Tip, on a clear night you can see most of the satellites orbiting across Australia - can you count more than nine!

Let's start with a Chef's Hat Restaurant - The owners grow their own herbs and heirloom vegetables. A La Carte or Degustation, although always check online as the menu changes as to what is in season. The price befits the total experience.

It's only 5 minutes away from a decent cup of coffee. There snacks, treats and lunch are always fresh and a good place to catch up with someone. Did I mention that the Coffee is spectacular.

It's only a short walk to a great Italian Restaurant and we go there often to try the new items on the menu. Obviously Italian focused with now a Wood Fired Pizza selection which looks amazing.

You can always do a 'lap'of the mall as it has food courts at both ends. All the major Westfield shops and the Food Courts cater to a range of tastes. I like the Health Food Shop and Sushi Hub. The Coffee Club is a great way to end the shopping day and relax in their lounges before heading home.
