This is a fun and eccentric atmosphere where you can enjoy a good cocktail, a cheap glass of wine, and an authentic American-Italian meal. Also a great brunch spot. Prices aren't outrageous. Staff is outrageously friendly. This is an LGBTQ owned and operated establishment, SO FUN!

This is another GRADE A urban park in Houston. I would not recommend it over Buffalo Bayou Park, but I will say it was my "go-to" park when Bufffalo Bayou Park was being renovated.
Also, for the kids there are some nice fountains and even HOUSTON ZOO!
