The food is amazing! GF friendly as well. We love the wood fired pizza. Great craft beer selection! General Store has a nice selection of provisions, meats, dairy, local cheese, beer, wine, firewood, plus the local VT souvenirs to take home. Also great for a cup of coffee or latte & pastry. Looks like they are doing to-go gourmet family meals as of Dec 2022 (available cold or frozen and warm at home), breakfast/lunch. Recommend giving them a call or checking hours as they often change.
Lovely outdoor patio in the summer/fall with lawn games and nice view.

This restaurant is typically busy and happening. It has both indoor and outdoor seating to suit any groups needs. The food is amazing but tend to be a bit higher priced than other local eateries. The indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pits makes it worth a stop even if just for a quick drink.
