This is my absolutely favorite restaurant on the Island!!! Chef Antonio and his wife Sarah own and run this wonderful culinary experience. They serve dinner Wed - Sat nights. There is only one seating and it's at 7pm. After that they lock the doors and the magic begins. Sit around the kitchen and talk, learn and listen as they take you on a tour of culinary delights. Usually a 5 course menu, wine course can be added. Also, best wines I've had on the Island. And if that's not enough they host wine nights and cooking classes, too. Pricey but well worth it!
