Here is the list of the most beautiful beach places in Dubrovnik. I made a list from all over the town, so no matter where you are, the should be one nice beach waiting for you! All swimming places are free in Dubrovnik, very safe and clean. I recommend walking or using public transport to this place, as the parking lots around are full due to locals :-)
The small beach usually popular for the locals started to be a place to go for anyone near the Pile gate area. A unique place, with fort Lovreijenac on one side and huge cliffs on second, beach Sulic is the place to go if you wish to hide from sun and heat!

Bellevue beach is the best beach place around Montovjerna / Lapad area. It can be reached via hotel Bellevue or trough the small street on the left from the hotel Rixos.

Lapad area has a great stretch of beaches, the main one would be sandy Sunset Beach Lapad. The place offers a couple of restaurants, lounges, bars and water sports. If you would like some more quiet parts, walk the coastline in any direction, there are plenty more places along the bay.
