We always make it a point to stop at Cured when we are in downtown Leavenworth. Whether we grab a beer and a snack at the Sausage Garden or pick up some cured meats to bring back to Camp Howard- a trip to Cured never disappoints!

Staying at Camp Howard over the weekend? The Plain Cellars winery is just a few minutes drive from Camp Howard and we highly recommend! Only catch is that the tasting room at the winery is only open Saturdays. But fear not! They have a smaller tasting room in downtown Leavenworth open all week long.

Stevens Pass is a lovely 25 minute drive from Camp Howard. Skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing in the winter and mountain biking, hiking and chairlift rides in the summer—- it’s a real dream!
