Great hikes with many different routes. Maps provided on site. Bring water. Little shade. You can pay a small fee to the Parks and Forest booth to drive to the top or park anywhere along the street and walk to Torrey Pines. Beautiful walk. We park near the Los Penasquitos Lagoon on Carmel Valley Rd. and walk. Roundrip from parking to the firthest hike and back is roughly 6 miles.

Very nice open park. As with all of Carmel Valley, this is a very family friendly park. Great playground and everyone is very outgoing there. Everyone seems to always know each other.

Another great place to hike/walk. Just not on a hot day because there is no shade. Pretty cool though how there is all this open space in the middle of a suburb though.

My mom actually told us about this place when she came down to visit us and Holy Molly. It was so cool. Beautiful view of downtown, Cornado, and the pacific ocean. Only costs $5 per vehicle.
