safe place to swim for the children, or learn to stand up paddle board, kids also learn to surf here, there's a nice little cafe across the road for breakfast or lunch and there are also bbq facilities to have a cook up. the bay has been recently upgraded and has new toilet and shower amenities and is very popular in summer

If you can get a boat for a day then cruising the estuary into the Murray river and pulling up at the ravenswood hotel jetty and having lunch at this historic hotel is a great way to spend a day, even better set some crab nets out on the way, have lunch and pull the nets in on the way back and you might have one of the tastiest lunches and dinners mandurah can offer
