My Favorites
My favorite places like restaurants and cafes that I strongly recommend to visit. My favorite places list is offering variety of cuisines from Italian to the Asian fusion. By visiting the places on the list you will embark on the culinary voyage around the globe. Most of the restaurants are located in the downtown but some are at the other places around the town.
This is the best pizza place in Ljubljana. They are serving one of the best Napoli style pizzas in the world. I strongly recommend the visit. Reservation is strongly recommended at the dinner times (between 12 am - 3 pm and 6 - 8:30 pm).
Approximately 4 km out of the downtown, taxi fare will be around 6,50€ (inc. flag-fall).
Pizzeria Peruzza
63 Peruzzijeva ulicaThis is the best pizza place in Ljubljana. They are serving one of the best Napoli style pizzas in the world. I strongly recommend the visit. Reservation is strongly recommended at the dinner times (between 12 am - 3 pm and 6 - 8:30 pm).

Visit to this bar is strongly recommend as is one of my favorite places and no. 1 bar in Ljubljana. Reservation in advance is needed because bar is very popular and can be full. Resturant Špajza is a great place for casual lunch or dinner and to relax in informal and cozy atmosphere while enjoying great food and wines. Reservation may be advised specially during summer months and at dinner time (6 pm - 9 pm).

Resturant at the Vander Urbani Resort is offering great food inspired by mix of local (Slovenian and Mediterranean) and Australian cuisine. Interior design of the restaurant is a bit funky but cozy. Beside great food they are also offering extensive selection of fine wines and Champagnes. Vander is a trendy place worth visiting. Reservation would be high recommended during dinner time (6-9 pm). Prices at the Vander are moderate to high.

Vander Urbani Resort

Reservation is recommended during lunch and dinner times (between 12 - 3 pm and 6 - 9 pm). Prices at the Cubo are moderate.
