* swimming & tanning - best in Playa Grande or La Puntilla (opposite end from Cicer) - these areas are also best suited for kids
* food scene - 200 Gramos, La Bikina Cantina, and other great restaurants.
* shopping - Las Arenas shopping center is by the beach and has 3h free parking
* sightseeing - the beach itself, the auditorium and the promenade
Affordable parking:
- Las Arenas shopping mall (3h free parking, longer if purchases over 20€)
- Aparcamiento El Rincón, an open-air parking very close to Las Arenas - 2.50€ for a full day.
