Personal Chef
Have us cook for you one night of your stay! We'll cook some of our delicious Italian meals ranging from fresh pasta and gnocchi to light Caprese salad and more.
Ask us at booking stage if you'd like us to cook for you on one of your nights. We'll cook you a delicious Italian meal, ideal if you don't want to eat out every night. We recommend the following options:
Freshly made fettucine or gnocchi topped with our homemade pasta sauce - choose from tomato, mushroom, pesto, butter and herb.
Meatballs, stuffed eggplant or zucchini, arancini.
Caprese salad (tomato, bococcini and homegrown fresh Italian herbs.
Prices vary depending on selection but a general guide is $40 per person.
Please note, we do not live close by. We'll arrive around 5pm, set up the dinner table for you, cook your meal and leave you to serve yourselves at your own leisure.
As the pasta takes only minutes to cook, we'll cook it for you in time for you to sit down and enjoy immediately. This will be at approximately 7pm. We will serve the pasta for you before we leave you to serve the rest of your dinner.
Conditions:
Special Dietary requirements such as nut allergies, dairy intolerance, vegetarian etc must be specified at time of booking. If not specified, we assume you have no special dietary restrictions or requirements.
Number of people being served must be specified at time of booking.
You are required to wash up after dinner but we'll go out of our way to leave as little as possible for you to do!
Full payment must be made by direct bank transfer at time of booking. No refunds once dinner booking has been made.

Sightseeing
“Being outdoors anywhere in the beautiful Blue Mountains is a sure way to relax and unwind from stress and noise. Next time you go for a walk, why not collect a few rocks, teigs, leaves and gumnuts and create a mandala (see photos).
Start with a small symmetrical pattern in the centre and build outwards, repeating the pattern as you go. Why not leave it there for others to see it - they will love it!
Dimitri is an astronomer with lots of knowledge to share with you. His humorous style makes the tour enjoyable for all ages. Plus you get hot chocolate too!
