This gem is off the beaten track but worth the search! Amazing asian style lunch. Super fresh. The owners are very friendly and genuinely care about each meal they prepare. One of my favorite new places. It is very small and seats about 25 people, there is usually a line out the door during peak lunch hours. Closed on Sunday.

The original restaurant opened in Peachtree City in 1977 and continues to be a local favorite. There are three other locations in Fayette county. Really great pizza! They have an all you can eat buffet weekdays for lunch and on Monday nights. Live music on Friday night. Delish!

Love this little town! Super charming with lots of small local business for great shopping. Also, this is where The Walking Dead is filmed. There are guided tours of the production sets and it is not unusual to see actors in zombie attire roaming the sidewalks.

Just a short drive away, Peachtree City offers miles and miles of paved golf cart trails. A walk around Lake Peachtree is a beautiful way to spend the afternoon. You will usually see deer and lots of birds. It's very shaded, so even on a hot day, its an enjoyable hike. I especially like walking the trails in the fall, the views are breath taking. There is a man who plays his bagpipe in full on Scottish kilt attire at sunset by the docks near Glenloch.
The sunset views are gorgeous.

Peachtree City
Just a short drive away, Peachtree City offers miles and miles of paved golf cart trails. A walk around Lake Peachtree is a beautiful way to spend the afternoon. You will usually see deer and lots of birds. It's very shaded, so even on a hot day, its an enjoyable hike. I especially like walking the trails in the fall, the views are breath taking. There is a man who plays his bagpipe in full on Scottish kilt attire at sunset by the docks near Glenloch.

Drive over to Woodbury to see the Red Oak Creek Covered Bridge - oldest and longest covered bridge built by freed slave and architect, Horace King, in 1840. There is a picnic are so pack a lunch or cold drinks to stay a while and enjoy the natural beauty.
Stop by The Shed at Fitzgerald Farms for some delicious homemade peach ice cream!
