One of our old-time favorites. Open since 1957 is one of the oldest most traditional café/bars in El Centro. They usually have live performances, Tango dance lessons. You will find yourself immersed among (usually elderly) locals. Bad service is part of their DNA ;)

Natural reserve in the rural part of Medellin. Beautiful to hike around, eat traditional foods at a campesino house and to go out of the city. You can reach it through a 1 hour metro/cable car ride. A must see!
