Many places to eat but I pinned several around town in heart of other eateries.
Carey dishes out great Grinders, Pizza and Salads. Large area for TV eating. Several around town with 2 other locations in South Lansing. Only 2 miles away from home.

Worked here after high school and still has the same good menu. Now with outside patio and plenty of spacious eating. Alcohol served.
There is another El Az in East Lansing/EL but the prices is average of 20% more and NO FREE CHIPS AND SALSA.

Dining at Golden Harvest is a rarity. They open early and close by mid afternoon. Completely packed most days and a waiting line outside only. The music is extremely loud and the food is fresh, authentic and witty 'plate names' pertaining to everyday news. Highly recommended for the experience and food. They serve food only and blocks away from Old Towne with other eateries, galleries and bars.

Kelly's in their second location have been going strong for over 25 years. Irish pub with food. Heart of all food and drinks for downtown Lansing.

Lansing's first gay bar has transformed to a bar run night. Play shuffleboard with the locals. Can be tight fit and hit Mort's next door for some live music and darts in 2 separate sides.

Frandor just north has Olga's, Panera, Frandor Deli, Sushi, Blaze pizza, Sparty's Coney Island, Aladdin's Mediterranean and grocers and retail shopping. Many fast food in area also.
