These are some of our favourite local restaurants.
The food here is amazing, the food portions are huge so do not over order!
They have music on the weekend and it is quite lively.
It's a lovely crowd due to Heathrow airport nearby and people travelling on business.

The food here is freshly made, an authentic Indian and Chinese cuisine (I have only eaten from the Indian menu). They also serve cocktails and have a shisha garden (you must order shisha if you wish to sit in this part).
They have a DJ on weekends and dance floor.
The outside area is lovely in the summer.

Bella Italia

I love this restaurant because the downstairs is so beautiful! It's covered in fairy lights and has a cute outdoors bit for the summertime. The food is good too.

Local nightlife
Bar Italia offer 241 cocktails Monday-Friday 5pm-8pm and Saturdays and Sundays 12pm-6pm.
It gets very busy on the weekend from around 11pm onwards.
There is a DJ and a dance floor.

I only visit Whelans on a Thursday for their Karaoke nights. It's a casual atmosphere full of Uxbridge locals getting drunk and singing. It's fun and quite chilled.

Sadly, this spoons doesn't have a music licence. But it's a great place to get drunk for pennies before you head somewhere else.

Things to do locally
I only discovered this lake recently, there is a pub next to it called 'The Waters Edge' so I like to get a coffee and go for a walk round here. Around spring time you should get to see all the baby ducks!
