Great hiking trails and tree lover's paradise. One of our favorite places to get out and walk and hike. The thick canopy of trees makes rainy walks not so wet! Connects to Forest Park and Oregon Zoo.

Holy Waterfalls, Batman!!! Multnomah Falls is the big show-off attraction here but to get away from the crowds hike on any of the other trails like Horseshoe Falls, Oneonta Falls, or Waheena Falls. Please wear good walking shoes, bring food and water, and pay attention to light- you don't want to be on the trails when it gets dark. It is BEAUTIFUL. The views are mind blowing and the trails are well maintained (Trails are sometimes closed due to washouts-for safety's sake don't ignore). A little wild west just 45 minutes from Portland.
