This place is a supermarket and open all days during the week and nights too. gret for all kind of food shopping. very convenient and 300 meter form the flat. So even if you check in late you will be sure to find some food.

Drinks & Nightlife
There is always something going on around Aaen - the city river that cuts through mid town center. Here are plenty of restaurants and bars, and you can sit outdoors most of the year with external heating and watch pedestrians go by. Also a good idea to jump by in the historic part of town with some of the oldest town houses in Denmark, some from the 1500-century, for instance in Sct Clemensgade or in Guldsmedegade.

Riis Skov is a small city park located on the sea side a little north of the city center. You can reach there by walking - it is a 15 minutes walk fro the center. here you'll find a great walking path that takes you through a scene of dense forest in which different kinds of art mingles with the nature. Good for children, families and couples. You may also take a nice jogging tour ogether with other Aarhusian people (of which there are many in this small forest) who run in this forest for exercise.

Aarhus central train station (and bus station ) is just around the corner, about 400 meters form the flat. Here you'll find connections by train, bus and taxi to the airport, and everywhere else in Aarhus and the rest of Denmark. Just connected to the train station is a huge chopping cenbter with all the Danish marks that you may opt for: Bestsellers, Vero Moda etc. Also international clothing.

DOKK1 is a pubvlic library but there are outdoor activities interated on the first floor terrasse that goes al around the building, which you may check out. Very Danish way of thinking play ground for the children. next by on ythe ground floor is a fountaine which you can run barefooted in between during summer time.

TRhere are also family evenings where you children can meet other children. It is 5 a minutes walking distance in an old house from the last century and there are plenty of Danes visiting this place. Great place to relax.
