The coffee is terrific. A very European style cafe with a variety of pastries and sandwiches. They just added a wine and beer line so you can start off having coffee and end up having a beer with your lunch.

Hawthorne was actually born on Union Street and the house used to be located where there is a parking lot now. They moved the house to be near the House of Seven Gables.
