Close to area restaurants, shops and supermarket. As for the setting, it is located about 3 kilometers from the center of Estepona and 25 from the center of Marbella.
    What I like most about this house is that you can enjoy a quiet place and nature, with the beach just a step away, at the same time you can go shopping, to bars or even to the town walking.
    The Laguna Beach Urbanization is located in an area of Estepona known as Punta de Plata. It is a residential and holiday area, quite quiet in general. But close to shopping centers, shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a wooden path of great natural beauty, which runs along the beach, ideal for walking or cycling or exercising.

Við nutum virkilega útsýnisins frá svölunum og eyddum kvöldunum á einkaveröndinni með grillveislu. Húsið er rúmgott og skuggalegt og yndislegt að sofna við hljóð öldurnar í grenndinni. Enrique var mjög góður í samskiptum og lét auðveldlega kíkja inn og út.

  • Framúrskarandi gestgjafi, yndisleg íbúð. Við gistum hjá 3 ára barninu okkar í viku og það var kjörið. Þú þarft bíl helst, en getur gengið niður að Laguna ströndinni og við gerðum dag í Spilers strandklúbbnum. Það eina sem olli vonbrigðum var að innisundlaugin var lokuð fyrir dvöl okkar.

  • Fullkominn staður fyrir fríið okkar í Costa del Sol! Ég eyddi 2 vikum í að leita að fullkomnu íbúðinni en ég hélt í raun ekki að hún yrði svona góð. Íbúðin er fullbúin með öllu sem þarf, veröndin er gríðarstór, 2 full baðherbergi. Staðsetningin er líka frábær, virkilega nálægt Estepona, við leigðum bíl en við löbbuðum til kvöldmatar á hverju kvöldi, 30-35 mínútna hægt ganga. Kjörbúðin er á leið til borgarinnar. Í morgunmat er „las muchachas“ ágætur staður á ströndinni, þar er líka vegan vinalegur veitingastaður 100 m frá aðalhliðinu, hægra megin. Sundlaugarnar eru æðislegar, sú suður er við hliðina á ströndinni. Bílastæðið er fyrir framan útgöngudyrnar. Estepona er virkilega fín, full af blómum og fallegu þröngum götum sem eru sérstaklega í gömlum evrópskum borgum, það var okkar uppáhald. Við fórum líka til Ronda, ágætur gamli smábær, ég myndi mæla með því aðeins ef þú ert veikur af sundlauginni. Cadiz er líka nokkuð nálægt, við fórum en okkur líkaði það alls ekki, ef þú ætlar að keyra 4 klst vertu viss um að þú myndir vilja það, gerðu það ekki eins og við gerðum. Sevilla er must að sjá, ótrúleg borg með mörgum tegundum af byggingarstílum, en mundu að það er martröð að aka í Sevilla. Malaga er líka ágætur bær að heimsækja. Ég mælti þegar með þessari íbúð fyrir alla vini mína og fjölskyldu :) svo ef þú ert að lesa þetta til að finna hinn fullkomna stað fyrir fríið þitt, leitaðu ekki lengra skaltu ýta á hnappinn fyrir bókina núna.

Перед ней - частная Скорая Помощь и поликлиника, а также въезд в платный подземный паркинг, который тянется дальше вдоль всей набережной города. В паркинге сделаны указатели на рестораны и иные места, чтобы можно было удобно припарковаться и подняться вверх. В конце паркинга - выход на центральную пешеходную улицу La Terraca.     This air conditioned two bedroom, two bathroom, family apartment is located only 80 meters from the beach of Playa del Angel in Estepona. Supermarkets, some restaurants are all within a short walk, as is the town of Estepona. The apartment offers access to a community gym and offers a large community pool, with separate childrens pool. The apartment has side sea views from the ample terrace with its dining table and comfortable seating. Inside the apartment you will find a modern king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also walk-in wardrobe. There is a twin room with access to a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer) and a breakfast table for four guests. The lounge benefits from comfortable seating for five guests, dining area, British and international television with a fibre optic connection and access to the terrace. Within the community you will find the swimming pool (with childrens pool) and also a childrens play area with swings and climbing frames. There is also a community gym with some weight machines and cardio equipment. During the summer months, there is a cafe bar on site in the urbanisation.
