Um þessa skráningu
You'll have a private room in our cozy 2 bedroom/1 bath bungalow,
as well as shared access to the rest of our home; kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a very comfortable living room.
We love interacting with our guests, but we're happy to give you as much privacy as you desire.
The house is located ten minutes (or less!) to downtown, East Nashville, and Vanderbilt/local universities!
The room features a queen bed, a love-seat, and the option to add a comfortable twin-sized air bed.
Guests are welcome to use the whole house (living room, kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom), and are encouraged to hang out on our porch and backyard deck. Put on a pot of coffee in the morning, do your laundry, and make yourself at home!

Annað til að hafa í huga
We have an operational recording studio on the property, behind the house. Clients and studio staff regularly come and go, though not through the house, and if you prefer, you'll never need to interact with them. However, they're wonderful resources for an inside scoop on Nashville, the music scene, and tasty food! Aside from us, the studio staff are usually available to tend to the needs of our guests. Many of our guests feel like they're the highlight of the trip!
General respect and care for the belongings in the house.

I'm a PhD student at Vanderbilt studying Clinical Psychology. I enjoy fitness, ballet, eating well, and meeting new people. Outside of school and work, you can find out at a show or on a hike! Can't wait to meet guests from all over the country...or world! If you have any questions or special requests, just ask!
I'm a singer/songwriter here in Nashville, originally from Denver, CO. For all the other musician-folk out there, I know what it's like to be out on the road looking for a comfortable place to stay. Welcome to the Music City!
