The Brick Bungalow Lodi is a bright and cheerful 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home built in 1949. It offers many of its original features, including original hardwood floors and a classic 1940s bathroom. The home is nestled on a large 7,700 sq ft lot.

This vintage home is charming and unique. It is more than comfortable for 6 guests, and offers man amenities, including a washer and dryer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, eat-in kitchen, coffee maker, blender, BBQ, separate bathtub and shower, hair dryer, WIFI, telephone, cable TV, printer/copier/fax machine for use, and ample parking.

Smoking
No Smoking! No exceptions!
You will lose your entire damage deposit ($250) if we smell cigarette and/or marijuana smoke inside the home or find any sort of smoking remnants inside the home. Please respect our home and DO NOT smoke in our home. If you need to smoke, please do so outdoors and dispose of products properly. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.

Drugs
The Brick Bungalow is a drug-free home. Please do not bring illegal drugs on the premises. If we find evidence of illegal drugs/drug use on our property, we will keep your entire damage deposit of $250 and, if necessary, we will report your drug use to the proper authorities

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10pm in Lodi. Please be respectful of our neighbors and refrain from making loud noises after 10.

Security
At the Brick Bungalow Lodi, we do not have an alarm system installed. However, we do have front exterior security cameras. As this home is often unoccupied, we have installed the cameras to protect the property and its contents while it is uninhabited. For your privacy, there are no backyard or interior cameras.
Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when you leave the home.
Damage to Premises
All damages caused by guests or their visitors shall be paid by guest.
Pet Policy
At The Brick Bungalow Lodi, we are happy to welcome your dogs into our home. We have a large yard for animals to run around and enjoy, as well as a doggy door for easy outside access.

We love most animals, however, we only allow dogs at The Brick Bungalow Lodi. Please note that we do not allow more than 2 dogs per stay. We require a $25 flat fee for bringing your dog to The Brick Bungalow. This fee is paid when you book the property.

If we uncover evidence that a dog or other animal has stayed at The Brick Bungalow without you having paid the pet fee, we will charge you $50 plus any charges for damages that may have occurred due to your pet staying at our home.

Dogs larger than 30 pounds are not permitted at The Brick Bungalow unless cleared with owners.

Dogs under one year old are also not permitted, as potty training and chewing can oftentimes be an issue with younger dogs.

The owners are not responsible for lost/runaway pets during your stay at The Brick Bungalow. If there is a fence or enclosure issue that will be a problem for your pet, it is your responsibility to alert the owners for repairs.


Yard Maintenance
The yard is maintained by Guadalupe Corrales and his associates. The yard is maintained once per week, including front and back yards. Owners coordinate day and time of yard maintenance with Mr. Corrales. If you have a pet on the property, it is your responsibility to make sure that your pet is indoors during the time Mr. Corrales is managing the yards. The owners are not responsible for lost/run away pets due to yard maintenance.
The sprinklers are on a preset schedule. If you need them turned off for any reason, we require 48 hours notice, as we will need to come on site to make any changes.

Garbage Pickup
Garbage is picked up early Friday mornings. Please place garbage receptacle and yard and garden or recycling receptacle on the curb on Thursday evenings. Calendar posted inside the home will indicate whether it is a yard and garden week or recycling week.


Checkout Policy
Failure to comply with the following checkout policies will result in your damage deposit being withheld.
a) Please take out all garbage and recycling. Bins are located along the fence on the East side of the driveway.
b) Please strip beds and place all used sheets and towels on the bathroom or laundry area floor.
c) Please load and start dishwasher. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
d) Please remove any opened food items from the refrigerator.
e) If you brought a dog along for your trip, please be sure to dispose of all dog feces.
f) Please turn off lights and ceiling fans and set thermostat to off.
g) Please close the family room curtains.
h) If you used the garage door opener, please return it to the cubby in the kitchen.
i) Please lock all doors and close all windows and return key to the lockbox.


Entry and Inspection
Owner shall have right to enter the premises a) In case of an emergency b) To make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, and c) when guest has abandoned or surrendered the premises.

Basement
There is a basement on the property. The basement, however, is not accessible to our guests. It should remain locked at all times.

Cancellation Policy
Should guest cancel prior to 30 days before occupancy, a full refund will be returned. If guest cancels within 30 days of occupancy, 25% of the rental fee (nightly rate, not including cleaning fees and taxes) will be held.


Attorney’s Fees
If any legal action brought by either party to enforce the terms hereof or related to the demised premises, the prevailing party shall be entitled to all costs incurred in connection with such action, including reasonable attorney fees.
