we rent here a beautiful and high quality furnished apartment, 74sqm in size and a balcony with garden view!
The spacious kitchen fully equipped, two bedrooms with TV, a cozy living room and a great daylight bathroom are available.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It provides 100% privacy, you can wash your clothes, cook, eat and live as if you were at home - there's nothing missing.
Moreover, there is a drying room (for laundry, etc.) and a basement (for bicycles, etc.).
Once a week cleaning service for Bed linen and towels is included. Wifi is available too.
Private car park and a garage are available.
The highlight of the apartment: You will find a wonderful layout, beautifully proportioned rooms and a unique garden - you get a great view especially from the loggia.
Smoking is on the loggia or outside please.
We ourselves live on the ground floor, so you would be on the 2nd floor. You can then come pick up the keys from us - we are directly accessible for any questions.

- Restaurants with fine cuisine, supermarkets, cleaning and pharmacy are located right in the vicinity.
