The house has a private garage with room to park one car in the garage and one car outside in front of the garage. There is not additional parking onsite beyond these two dedicated parking spots. The garage door must be kept closed so cars must be able to fit in the garage (height and length). Having a car with proper snow tires and high clearance in the winter months (October-May) is strongly recommended if not required. Additional vehicles or vehicles that exceed the height or length of the garage will need to pay for overnight parking at a town parking lot.

There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended.

This property has a maximum occupancy of 10 adults.

This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft.

Icy and snowy conditions do exist at the property so guests must be careful when walking and driving.

The hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.

Town of Breck noise ordinance is in place from 11pm-7am.

Please remove shoes in entryway or garage and do not wear shoes on the carpet.

Please keep all skis, snowboards and equipment in the garage and do not bring in the main part of the house

Do not build a fire of any kind outside.

Do not feed wildlife or leave trash outside.

Please respect personal property within the unit.

Please do not move furniture within the unit.

This property requires a $750 refundable security deposit. Damages or charges beyond the $750 security deposit are still the responsibility of the guest.

Summit County Public Health Order dated December 31st, 2020 limits occupancy at short-term rentals to 10 people maximum from no more than two households:

The Snowflake neighborhood is a residential area that sits on Peak 9 just a few blocks from downtown Breck/Main St. Skiing is accessed via the Snowflake Chair lift (1 block away) and the Snowflake ski run (across the street). Main Street is approximately 2-3 blocks away. The Breckenridge free ride bus stops across the street and can take you on stop over to Beaver Run base area or anywhere else in town.
