Lovely home located northern beachside of Salt Village at Kingscliff 800 metres walk to the beach, Salt Bar, restaurants, IGA Supermarket and coffee shops . The home is very private with in ground pool and large decked outdoor entertainment area, including BBQ and Pizza Oven, backing on to the tranquility of Cudgen Creek.

2 storey 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom open plan living home. Downstairs there is a theatre room with 75" smart tv and sound bar, pool room with 8 x 4 pool table, walk through kitchen, 8 seater dining table and cosy lounge area with 55" smart tv. The bedrooms are located upstairs with a third lounge area which includes a 47" led tv. The main bedroom has ensuite including a spa bath and also has a large private deck area. Cot and high chair also available if required.
