The Space:

This corner property boasts over 2,200 sf of comfortable living spaces in addition to an attached 2 car garage and spacious back yard, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with one of the bedrooms being a master suite. The vaulted-ceiling living room is great for family and friend gathering with a corner fireplace and sliding doors opening out to the back yard. The adjacent dining area has a window seat looking out to the front yard and view of the mountains. The den/office is ideal for those working from home or just need another space to relax. The kitchen has ample cabinets and granite counter spaces to prepare your favorite meals and/or drinks. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms for those warm summer nights, in addition to the central air conditioning system and central heating system for those chilly winter nights. There is a 2 car garage in addition to 2 parking spaces on the driveway if needed. There is no swimming pool or spa on this property, however the back yard affords a quiet space to lounge or bask in the sunshine , read your favorite book, or enjoy backyard BBQ, all that behind a private fenced back yard. The arched front porch area provides simple seating to enjoy a cup of joe with the views of the San Jacinto mountain range in the foreground.

Other things to note:

Reservations may be subject to the city 11.5% transient occupancy tax (TOT). There will be a mandatory charge of 11.5% in addition to the total price, for any stays 28 days or less.

Please note that there is no swimming pool or spa on this property.

This property is equipped with noise level monitoring devices inside and out, smart locks for all exterior doors and door from kitchen to garage, smart garage door sensor, and Ring video doorbell and chime.

Due to current pandemic, please adhere to city and county health orders as posted.

If guests choose to receive mail delivery or packages, guests need to be present to accept packages. Host is not liable for lost or misplaced mail or packages.

Palm Springs city ordinances:

City of Palm Springs ordinances (please obey these ordinances as they are strictly enforced by the city. Failure to do so will result in heavy fines and/or eviction from the property by the city code enforcement officers).

All guests must adhere to the requirements as posted in the Good Neighbor Brochure by city of Palm Springs. The booking guest is responsible for compliance of vacationing rental regulations for all occupants and guests.

Here are some highlights from the Good Neighbor Brochure for your reference (quoted):

The following acts will constitute violations.

No excessive noise, disturbances or engaging in disorderly conduct. Please respect your neighbors.

No music or sound (TV, cell phone, radio, etc...) are allowed outside at any time. Any type of sound from any sound producing device is not allowed outside the house. This includes music coming from the inside of the home that can be heard outside. If the neighbors can hear the noise, you are in violation of the city ordinances.

Night time hours are between 10pm to 10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices.

Please abide by the city occupancy limits. The total overnight guests/occupants is limited to 6, while the total daytime occupancy is limited to 10. Day time occupancy is between 10am to 10pm. Please no gathering of more than the stated occupancy limits. No commercial use, holding events or party. Residential use only.

In addition, please park in garage or on the driveway. Do not park on the curbs or streets. City ordinances limit to 3 vehicles for this property. The garage and driveway should easily accommodate 3 cars.
