Bedroom 3 = a gorgeous koi-carp oriental inspired double, the largest room in the house, on the first floor at the front of the property

Bedroom 4 = a large art deco double, with a more feminine touch, at the rear of the property.

Bathroom:
A classic modern design, newly refurbished with dark slate tiling and a modern white suite. Complete with a bath over shower. There are two shower heads, one fed by the boiler and one by electric, so that you will always have a fail-safe showering experience!

Kitchen, living and dining spaces:
Like your own home, these spaces are only for you! Grosvenor House has a completely new modern family kitchen, styled in a minimalist grey and white design. It comes with the following:
