The whole place has been thoughtfully and colourfully decorated and furnished, to present a bright and modern place ideal for friends, family or work colleagues. Including the 4 bedrooms you have outside space and separate dining area, all near Swansea city centre.

Relax on the comfy sofa, remote control for the wall-mounted flat screen TV in hand, as you flick through to see what’s on. Someone else in your group is bound to want to spend quality time out in the garden catching some sun, while sitting on the bright garden furniture, such a great place to grab a snack or a snooze. Back inside, that snack can be prepared in the modern kitchen. And if you don’t fancy eating al fresco, there’s a dining table in here with space for 8. The contemporary vibe of this 4 bed Swansea house continues in the bedrooms, where you’ll find a combination of doubles and singles. It’s up to you decide who sleeps where, but whichever room you choose, there will be plenty to enjoy. Aside from the super comfy beds.

It’s hosted and managed by the KG Inspired Group, a team that has a large portfolio of properties across South Wales. The team prides itself on looking after all guests and ensuring any questions or issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Strict COVID-secure cleaning procedures are in place to ensure the house is in spotless condition ahead of your arrival.

We have a small outdoor concrete space, please note this has a small living room.
We want to be able to provide a safe and comfortable home during your stay. Due to the current lock downs in Wales we ask all of our guests to please abide by the laws surrounding travel. You can check this information on the Welsh Government website.
Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes.

Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house.
No smoking is permitted inside the house.
Not suitable for pets. Sorry.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.
Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM (next day) and please check out by 10AM

A deposit of £150 is collected by the host prior to arrival at the property, this is refunded at the end of your stay providing none of the house rules are broken. There is an increased deposit of £300 for 1 night/ weekend bookings.

Swansea city centre - just a short distance away are all the stores, bars, cafes and restaurants of the city centre, great for meeting, eating and browsing.
Also in the city centre is Swansea Grand Theatre, so if you’ve got tickets, you’ll be near if you stay here.
