If you are looking for a quiet area yet 20 minutes away from Central London, then this property is for you! This contemporary structure is located by the canal in West London. The en-suite rooms are modern, functional and is suitable for single occupancy. Due to it’s location, you’ll surely have a relaxing night coming back from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Eignin
The modern design en-suite room comes with a UK queen sized-bed, a useful desk/ workspace and chair. The room has it’s own private en-suite bathroom and a shared kitchenette with microwave, a hob and a fridge. Please understand that although this is a private room, you do have neighbours so please show respect by limiting noise especially when arriving and leaving the building.

The property is professionally cleaned & serviced using Public Health England’s guidance for COVID -19 (Cleaning in non-healthcare settings).



Minimize the potential of possible contamination, as well as:

1. Be on the lookout for outside symptoms when guests are being checked in.

2. Instructing cleaners to avoid travelling using public transportation where possible.

3. Cleaners are being asked to disinfect door handles and their own hands before entering the client’s premises.

4. All of our linen and towels will be washed and dried in temperatures exceeding 60°C to ensure disinfection.

5. We will routinely monitor guidelines established and advised by the NHS to ensure our processes and procedures are in-line with risk-mitigating measures.

6. Instructing cleaners to clean every surface within the property with anti-bacterial products.

7. All our staff on the ground are wearing protective materials such as gloves and facemasks when entering the room after each visitor.

8. Ensure they disinfect not only all items which are frequently touched (such as remote controls or light switches), but also surfaces and materials which may have been subjected to exposure from sneezing, coughing, or flossing such as the bathroom mirror, window panes, the floor and walls on each side of the bed, and in some instances the curtains or nets.

Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking - in and checking-out outside the standard time is subject to availability and additional fees might apply:
- check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = £40.00
- check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = £60.00
- check-in after 10 PM = £60.
I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of £20.00 will apply.

On the 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st of January we are only able to do standard check-in between 3 PM and 6 PM.
There will be a surcharge applied to check in's as follows :
Between 6 and 7 PM - £50
Between 7 and 8 PM - £80
Between 8 and 10 PM - £100

Please note this is a unit in a brand new student accommodation building

During the current lockdown, we are only allowed to offer accommodation for:
• Work purposes/ provide voluntary services
• Education and caring responsibilities
• Unable to return to your main residence
• Need accommodation while moving house
• Need accommodation to attend a funeral or related commemorative event
• Are an elite athlete or their support staff or parent if the athlete is under 18 and it is necessary to be outside of the home for training or competition

We cannot take bookings for the purpose of a holiday. Guests will be screened for the purpose of stay and originating country. Travellers originating from countries outside the list of travel corridors (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-travel-corridors) will be required to verify they will be self-isolating for 14 days.

We do not police self-isolation, however, the GOV.UK guidelines are considered part of House Rules. Violation of these guidelines will be treated the same as breaking House Rules, subject to removal of guests. Eating out
The closest one is El Enam, a middle Eastern restaurant open until 7:00 PM or you can head to the High Street area, about 15 minutes walk, for more choices.

Eating In
There is “Simply Fresh” within the vicinity and for more options there are some takeaway shops close to North Acton tube station (10 minute-walk) including Costa Coffee and Domino’s pizza so if you are thinking of eating in from outside that shouldn’t be difficult! If you are intending to make use of the shared kitchenette, then you can get your groceries from Tesco express in the same area.

Nightlife
The area is not a big nightlife place but there is a pub next door called “The Fisherman’s Arms” if you fancy a quick drink or there is “The Castle”, a 10-minute walk in the other direction. They’re serving British pub classics and real ales with beer garden and live jazz.

Sightseeing
About 8-minute walk from the property is Willesden Junction tube station, on Bakerloo line, which gives you a direct connection to Central London within 15 minutes. North Acton tube station is in the opposite direction about 12 minutes walk away. This is on Central line and within Zone 2 so depending where you’re going in Central London. May it be Big Ben, Buckingham Palace or Tower of London, you should be there in less than 30 minutes.

During your stay I will be more than happy to assist you with any questions related to your stay, all you need to do is text or call me. If I am not available to take the call based on my work-related travel journeys, the call will be forwarded to a company of professionals who will assist you with everything you might need from check-in to check-out and even further. I am using their services for some time now, and it has increased the quality of experience my guests have, so why not book now and explore London! Oh...yes...when mentioned calls and phone answering, I would like to ask you to provide an alternative mobile number...this will help me and the team to contact you in case your battery is running low, lack of coverage and signal, or an emergency...
