Our lovely home with large sunny garden terrace (65m2). It has a spacious kitchen downstairs, upstairs one large and one small beddroom and the living room with access to the garden terrace. It is situated in the green neighbourhood Lunetten, 3 minutes walking from Utrecht Lunetten station, or 12 minutes biking to Utrecht Central station (6 min by train). Supermarkets are 200 meters from the house. You can also use our two bicycles.

It's a maisonette house, two floors, with the garden terrace on the second floor. We have a lot of plants, we care for the house and only open te house to guests when we are on holidays.
