An elegant and sophisticated home built in 1917. It was remastered in 2011 (gutted to a brick shell) and is now intimate and unabashedly sensual.
It was featured in “Toronto Home” architectural magazine in the winter of 2013.

Karyn was a fantastic host to communicate with and just a really. Ice person who was there to greet us and always at end of a message if we needed anything. The house is gorgeous and it's in a really nice neighbourhood. It's a steep walk up from the Main Street but we love walkin…

I am glad that it was a great stay, Nicola. I am sorry that you did not find enough room for your items. We leave what we think is a reasonable amount of space but as is typical of airb&b, we do live in our home most of the time. We find that the oak trees provide a lot of shade in the summer and we only use ac to supplement the cooling process. I am sorry that this did not work for you.
We are a family of 4. I teach at the University of Toronto, my husband is an engineer, our children are 19 and 16. We enjoy every aspect of living in our Beach community. It very much feels like a village to us. We bike it, walk it every chance we get.
