What I have to offer is a modern apartment located in Warsaw, Bielany. The place is well-communicated with every city district – approximately 10 minutes separates the flat from the nearest metro station, multiple buses and trams are situated just around the corner of the buildin. What’s more, in the direct neighbourhood there is a shopping mall as well as Lidl and Biedronka.

At guests disposal there is a 50-square meter flat plus 10m2 of the spacious balcony.
The apartment includes a separate bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets and a capacious wardrobe. In the bathroom, at the tenants disposal there is a shower, a washing machine and cleaning supplies, including towels. In the drawing room there is a two-man fold-out couch and a table with 4 chairs. The TV with Netflix is in price!
The kitchen is fully equipped – it contains an oven, an induction-hob, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. Moreover I also leave at the free disposal the pots, all the cutlery and plates.
The flat is set up in a modern style, I pay particular attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the surroundings. Daily cleaning service is in price. Calm and respecting one’s property tenants are preffered.
