Bright and modern lower ground apartment with patio in the Saint Stephen’s Gardens, the heart of Notting Hill. The property can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms both with king size beds, providing the comfort of 2 separate bathrooms. It belongs to ‘The Imperial Building’, a block of 8 hotel standard flats sharing the same quality, with CCTV cameras in the communal areas and a porter in the lobby.

In the living room, the wooden floors and the large corner sofa create a perfectly comfortable and cozy atmosphere to sit back and enjoy a movie or your favorite TV show. The open plan kitchen with marble counters boasts high quality Miele electric appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker and all cooking equipment needed for those wishing to cook for themselves. The large round dining table by the gas fireplace is perfect for four people to enjoy leisurely meals with the family or friends. There is also a utility room in the hallway with a combined washer-dryer machine.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub to relax after busy days and long walks. The second bedroom offers a desk for those who travel for business. At the back of the flat, open the electric curtains and you will find the nice private patio, which is accessible from both bedrooms, allowing you to enjoy your breakfast and coffee on sunny days.

The home located in the pleasant West London area of Notting Hill, which features many shops, cafes, pubs and parks. Take the time to have a stroll through the alluring alleyways and by the famous colored houses. In walking distance proximity are the tourist areas of Portobello Road, South Kensington and attractions like Hyde Park. Westbourne Park underground station is just a few minutes walk away with Hammersmith and Circle lines offering a good service to most central areas. Nearby Notting Hill Gate underground station is on the Central, District and Cirlce line from where you can access even more areas to all directions.

Check-in and check-out: We will arrange the check-in at your convenience any time after 3PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 12PM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age.

Passport check: When you arrive, we will check the lead guest’s passport.

Cleaning: We carefully prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, it will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels. Housekeeping services during the stay can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
