Fully equipped apartment in a quiet and recent building in Paris (15è arrondissement, near the Eiffel Tower and Montparnasse).
In this residential area, you will find many shops around, and three metro stops at 5-10 min walk that will lead you anywhere you like!
I will be happy to welcome you and advise you during your stay !

Eignin
This is a modern fully-equipped two-bedroom apartment where I used to live a few years back.
Now my parents live there and let me manage the renting while they are away on holiday.
It is a finely decorated and cosy place where you will find home-like feeling with furniture from all over the world.
Please note that this is a place where people live the rest of the year and it will not be emptied from clothes, books, etc. However we will make sure that there is enough space for you in the wardrobe to put your personal belongings.
Feel free to use the essential products that you may find in the kitchen.

As you may see in the pictures, there is a very nice outdoor place where you can relax, have lunch, etc. You will notice how incredibly quiet this place is :)
Neighbors are very friendly and discreet ; they enjoy the quietness of the place so we expect guests to avoid parties, or loud music.

This is a safe residential area with a lot of animations from the stores around. There are spacious avenues and the monumental Invalides, Ecole Militaire and Eiffel Tower within walkable distance (30 min)

I have already used Airbnb many times when travelling to Japan or Spain. To me, it's a great way to share moments with owners/hosts and to get a glimpse of locals' way of life. I look at it as an alternative to stays in impersonal hotels and a means to integrate interesting neighbourhoods "from the inside". I think it should not be a mere business as it is sometimes -unfortunately- considered (note : well I wrote that last sentence in 2013 lol; it is now considered a business by 99% of its users).
Even when working, I'll try my best to make myself available for questions or requests as regards the house or the city I live in.
