This is a traditional, sweet, comfortable, farmhouse in Fairfield, IA, few blocks from the square, three from MUM campus, in a quiet neighborhood. Currently offering two bedrooms, but will soon offer three. You get the whole unit for yourself. Private. No sharing. Two bathrooms.
We call this unit "the main house" since it feels like an entire house though the property is a duplex. It is independent from and adjacent, smaller apartment which entrance is on the East side, also listed as an Airbnb.

I) As a host, I just enjoy seen our guests' happy faces and general satisfaction with our properties hosting practices. You'd be amazed the number of great, kind people you may meet through Airbnb Hosting.
II) As a traveler, I'm a technology business owner and travel world-wide to teach classes to various corporations usually Monday--Friday. I prefer quiet, clean places to stay with no pets in my own room. People say I'm friendly and my stays are non-invasive. If you live where I will rent you will still feel comfortable in your own home. I usually need a table and a chair to sit at and do some computer work using my laptop. Internet access is a plus. I can have that table either in my bedroom or in another (possibly shared) room that won't be too noisy.
