The charming Casa Capitán is located in Santa Ponsa, a tourist town belonging to the municipality of Calvià. Santa Ponsa has first class tourist services: shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants.
The interior part of the house has a very comfortable living-dining room with large sofas, the kitchen is very well equipped. It has 3 very spacious double rooms, with 3 full bathrooms, being able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The house also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV and a laundry area.
The outdoor part with a wonderful rectangular pool will allow you to relax on one of its loungers soaking up the fantastic Mediterranean sun. At the back of the pool is the garden with a barbecue area and a table where you can eat and rest. From the covered outdoor terrace overlooking the pool there is a magnificent dining room and a chill out area from where you can enjoy and shelter from the sun. It is ideal for families or groups of friends.
The property has private parking.
From Casa Capitán you can easily walk to Ses Pedreretes beach in 15 minutes.
It is located at a distance of 4 kms from the Santa Ponsa Golf Club.
The center of Palma is only 20 km from the house.
Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 30 min by car (32 km).

The charming Casa Capitán is located in Santa Ponça, in the town hall of Calvià, an ideal place to stay and discover the island and its tourist attractions.  The house has 215 square meters and can host up to 6 people. In the outside, a wonderful rectangular pool will allow you to relax in one of its loungers, enjoying the fantastic Mediterranean sun. At the back of the pool there is a garden with a barbecue area and a table where you can eat and relax. From the outdoor covered terrace by the pool there is a magnificent dining room and a chill out area from where you can relax and shelter from the sun. The interior part of the house has a very comfortable living-dining room with large sofas, the kitchen is very well equipped. The house has 3 spacious double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV, indoor parking and a laundry area. The beach is very close to the house and, for golf lovers, to some courses at your disposal a few km away. You cannot miss the visit to the marina of Port Adriano, designed by Philippe Starck, one of the most modern ones in the Mediterranean, where you can stroll among its yachts and enjoy its gastronomic offer and some of the island’s fashionable shops. The centre of Palma is just 20 km from the house.
