Um þessa skráningu
The Pad is 3 minutes from 5 Points (the heart of East Nashville), 6 minutes from Broadway and Downtown, 7 minutes from the Nissan Stadium, 10 minutes from the airport, there are tons of Uber and Lyft drivers around and $5-$10 will get you where you want to go from The Pad. The Pad is a cute quaint cozy place to hang your hat while being super close to everything! The Pad is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Your Space includes a separate driveway, private front and back door entrance, a game room with foosball, darts, chess/checkers table, a kitchenette/hang room with a tv and washer/dryer. You have a simple bathroom and a comfy bedroom. There is also a back patio you are welcome to chill out on, smoke, drink, and/or use the grill. There are also homemade cornhole boards out back that you are welcome to play with.
This listing is for the completed lower level of the house, the ceiling is 6'8 and there is a small section of the ceiling between the game room and the kitchenette that dips down to 5'3, so if you are taller than that you will have to duck to pass through. It is padded though incase you do forget to duck.
You will have access to the whole bottom floor of the house excluding one room, which is currently being renovated as a second room for this listing. You'll also have access to the washer/dryer to do laundry, and the patio on the back porch.

Lailah and I will be in the up stairs for some time of your stay, I may be going into the other room downstairs to work on the renovations. Our dog Lao never goes downstairs, he's stays upstairs with us and runs around in the backyard from time to time. We can chat with you or you can go about your business unbothered. Whatever you prefer, it's all good with us.
The neighborhood is very friendly and currently booming in the Realestate industry. Since we are on a main street, it does get pretty busy, so be sure to look both ways when you are pulling out of the driveway.
Að ferðast um
It is all a straight shot from where we are, either Ellington Parkway straight into Downtown or Gallatin to Five Points, then if you keep going Gallatin turns into Main then James Robertson Parkway and then you are downtown. The first route takes 6 minutes, the second route takes 8 minutes. However you can request an Uber or Lyft and they will be here in 2 to 3 minutes to pick you up.
The upstairs will be off limits to the guests.
Please don't put anything in the toilet other than toilet paper.
No smoking in the house, but smoking on the back patio is welcome, please use the ashtray for butts.
When you leave the house please make sure that the back and front doors are locked up (the keypad on the front door automatically locks after 30 seconds).
Also, no over night guests that have not checked in with you through AirBnB, this is where my Wife and I live and if we aren't able to know who is coming into our home, we won't feel very comfortable.
Last but not least have a good time and let us know if you ever need anything!

I am an easy going, respectful and fun full time musician singer/songwriter that loves traveling and checking out different cities. I always travel with my beautiful and sweet wife, Lailah, who is a full time freelance visual artist. We hope to stay at your place and appreciate the opportunity to do so.
