My place is close to Moscone Convention Center, MANY great restaurants and bars, Airbnb HQ, Hayes Valley, Bar Agricole, Martuni's, Sushi Zone to name a few... . You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

We will communicate to you where the call box is for the building, and we will buzz you in at the pre arranged time (call us).

Please generally do not mention AIRBNB to anyone. It can be a sensitive subject here in SF. We host many business travelers and if any is to ask just say you are here for work staying with colleagues.
We will provide a key fob for you to use to get into and out of the building. There will also be a metal key for the door of the unit. In addition, if you are using parking we may provide a garage door remote. Please make sure to leave all of these items in the unit when you leave or we will need to charge $150 for replacement which is a bit of a hassle. Hopefully this helps to remind people.
Further, although we have listed this unit as having a "flexible" checkin time, we are unable to allow guests to check in before 12 noon if we have guests that are leaving from the night before. As you can imagine, checking in when other guests are still there doesn't really work. Further, once the previous guests have left, our cleaners will need about 2-3 hours to clean and prep the place for your stay. Therefore, the unit will likely be ready by about 3:30 p.m. If anything changes and we can get you in earlier, we will let you know!
DO NOT MENTION AIRBNB IN THE BUILDING. Generally speaking we list this space for corporate clients.
