Great location, Kenny was an excellent host. We had everything we needed, and the location was close to Bryce and Zion.

Kenny's place is so charming and cozy. A perfect place to stay with a group of friends on a road trip. It was extremely easy to communicate and we enjoyed coming home to a lovely cabin at the end of a big day of sightseeing.

If you're looking to get away to a serene and calm environment within easy driving distance to either Bryce or Zion National Parks (closer to Bryce), while still having the comforts of home, Kenny's Lazy Ass Ranch cabin in Panguitch is perfect! It's actually a bit outside of the main town so it's pretty isolated, which was great. The spacious cabin is a separate guest house behind Kenny's main house, but it's far enough away that it still feels private and isolated. The cabin is cute with all kinds of ranch decor that really make it feel homey, warm, and comfortable. It fits 6 comfortably with a main bedroom with a queen on the ground floor, a queen and a twin in the loft space on the second floor, and a twin in the open pseudo-attic space. All the beds are comfy. There is one bathroom, but it's roomy. The water pressure in the shower is great--way better than expected!! And even in the freezing cold, the water in the shower and sink get hot fast. The living room and kitchen are spacious with an open layout--perfect to relax and talk. There isn't really a dining table, but it really wasn't missed. Lots of windows in the kitchen. Electronics and appliances work perfect and there is everything--flat screen TV with cable, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, big sink, coffee pot, toaster, etc. The wifi and phone signal are great. Everything was nice and clean (even for Asian people standards lol) from the bathroom/kitchen facilities, to the bedding, to the carpet and the wood floor. And Kenny provides all kinds of little comforts like snacks, coffee stuff, bottled water, bathroom needs (soap, lots of toilet paper, etc.), PLENTY of towels (do not bring any!), closet hangers, and foldable lawn chairs if you wanna sit outside on the patio to gaze at stars, just to name a few. Heat in the cold season is provided by a pot-belly wood burning fireplace, which is more than enough to keep the entire place really toasty. Kenny was gracious enough to have the fire going for us when we got in around 6:45pm (after driving from Vegas and hiking Bryce) so it was nice and warm when we arrived--very kind of him. We only stayed a night, so we didn't need the fireplace again, but if you're staying longer, you might want to have someone with you who knows how to start a fireplace fire or ask Kenny for tips. There might be electric heat too, but we used the fireplace. The area is very isolated and it's a bit hard to find in the dark, but the GPS and Kenny's instructions provide good direction. Even when we left to go get groceries and were coming back, we got lost haha! Just use landmark buildings/things as your directions as GPS could get wonky. Drive slow through his long driveway and be careful of deer running around, they come out of nowhere at night! We saw a...

Kenny's guest house at the Lazy Ass Ranch is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to visit Bryce Canyon or southern Utah. The location is perfect--about 25 minutes from Bryce and a little over an hour to the east entrance to Zion. It's really quiet and peaceful, and you could even see the Milky Way at night. Inside, the space is cozy and comfortable--kitchen is well-stocked and the fireplace was a wonderful touch (since it was *very* cold during our trip). We only met Kenny briefly, since we spent most of our time at Bryce, but he was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

The Lazy Ass Ranch was one of the coolest AirBnBs I've stayed in yet. Kenny was very friendly and helpful. He stocked the house with snacks and gave us fresh eggs upon check-in. There's a wood burning stove that makes the cabin feel warm and cozy. His yard is great for stargazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. If you are looking for a quiet secluded place to stay while visiting Bryce National Park this is the place to stay.
