You will also have free high speed Verizon Fios wifi, HBO NOW on a 42in TV, a small dinner/working area, and 2 memory foam queen size beds plus a folded twin bed. 2.8 miles to Santa Monica Piers, 4 miles to Marina del rey and its baby sea lions, 6.6 miles to Culver city and its beautiful dinning streets, and 5 miles to UCLA main campus.
Guest has complete access to the guesthouse and all the facilities inside as well as its private patio and one gated garage parking space shown in the house guide which will be sent to the guest via email upon booking.
Please note the gardener comes every Saturday day time, you can close down the curtain, and if you do not wish the gardener to access your patio, please message me. thanks!

This is an extremely quiet and friendly area, walking distance to two near by parks. You can find all kinds of restaurants and desert places to hangout. There are cheap paddleboard/bike rental in Marina del rey and Santa Monica piers. All kinds of sightseeing tours nearby.

The guest has full access to the guest house and 1 parking space in the private garage. Upon your completion on booking, I will send you a house guide to your email with all the check in details one month prior to your arrival date.
Please note the cancelation policy before booking. I will accept reservation alteration 1.5 month prior booking date.
Please treat this house as your own and take care of everything inside the guesthouse. California is in serious shortage of resources and energy (especially water) so every bit of effort going into living sustainable will be greatly appreciated! :)
*No smoking or pets are allowed and No heavy drinking or drug use.
*Please turn off air conditioning and/or heater when leaving the room and/or checking out. It really doesn’t take long to heat up/ cool down the room, so please help us reduce greenhouse gas in the air...
*Please do not wipe your makeup on the towels. Trust me, they are impossible to wash off.
*No loud music, or loud talking outside between the hours of 10pm and 9am. Please keep the noise down as much as possible at all time.
*Lost key will incur a charge of 90 dollars due to having to replace/re-key the entrance to the guesthouse.
*Street parking is available and 1 private garage parking. Please don't block neighbor's driveways. 120 dollars is charged if the garage remote is lost or damaged because it needs to be custom made.
*Please keep food in the kitchen and dining area as much as possible. Nobody likes bug issues.
*Only toliet paper can be thrown into the toliet. Guest will pay plumming if toliet is clogged due to other trash such as leftover food, female products, paper towel, etc.
*No solid waste in any of the sink (kitchen/bathroom).Guest will pay plumming if the sink is clogged due to trash such as leftover food, female products, paper towel, etc.
Please note alternation of shortening the booking time is not allowed within 3 weeks. For cancellation, please observe the cancellation policy.
