Inside there is 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom so it's perfect for families. There is a main bathroom upstairs and a shower room/ensuite downstairs. The downstairs has an open plan feel, the cosy sitting room has a wood burner and the adjoining sun room is great for relaxing and watching the world go by. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped for a large family.

The Old Merchant House, Portsoy Harbour“The Old Merchant House” is a stunning, iconic, grade A listed property sitting immediately on the harbour front in Portsoy and is located on the Moray Firth coastal footpath and National Cycle Route 1. The property has a date stone of 1726 and was originally the home of Alexander (Laird) Brebner, a famous merchant and renowned smuggler. The house featured in the 2016 remake of the film "Whisky Galore".
